FROG was first setup in 1986 to remove the complicated and limited documentation and improve the understanding of how to use computers. The first Step by Step guides were created in-house and used to great effect, because they made things simple and easy to understand.
This philosophy of making things easy still remains at the heart of FROG and the company has earned a great reputation for its successes. However, it needed to have the best hardware, infrastructure and technical expertise from which to deliver the best training, and so FROG IT was born. FROG IT complementing the training side, and the training side complementing the hardware division. 25 years later it is still working well.
The Answering Service is the final addition to The FROG Group and is a 24 hour message handling service. It enables FROG IT to offer out of hours support for all its customers as well as providing a message handling service to many other organisations.
